Milk & Butter and The Daily Grind

I realized that whenever I hang out with my friends, we tend to loiter around more than 1 cafe or shop. LOL. What a weird opening.

It's been decades since I last hung out with my twinnie bestie. LOL. Couldn't resist the exaggeration because it really did feel like it's been decades. We were both really flummoxed with studies and research project, me especially, I practically alienated myself from everyone and live like an island, refused to interact and stay in campus any longer because the thought of dealing with animals and the stench drove me crazy.

So long story cut short, we needed to meet up because we had to much to catch up on. Thanks for driving me around! <3

We drove all the way to the city center of Kuala Lumpur in hopes that we could have the luxury to lay some sizzling chocolate onto our taste buds at Acme Bar and Coffee. Never did I expected that the place was fullh and it required us at least an hour of waiting. Me and long wait never really get along well, so we shoved the thought of dining here away. We then spent the next hour stuck in jam, figuring where to go. We stopped by a few restaurants alas we left in disappointment because they didn't really serve the food that we felt like eating.

So I suggested we should just go to Bangsar as there are many restaurants there and we would certainly find something to eat. The congestion and the limited parking space made us went berserk in tension. By the time we managed to find a spot, it was already almost 3pm. Our stomachs were growling so loud. Went to a few popular restaurants and had to leave because they were all fullhouse! WHY IS EVERYONE STILL EATING AT THIS HOUR???!!!

And the flower of hope blossomed, literally.
We found Milk and Butter which had only a few customers dining.
So we thought: YAYY! Anything la, too hungry d.

 I ordered Grilled Lamb Burger,
which was surprisingly good.
Or I was just too hungry. LOL. Couldn't tell.
But one thing I am sure is,
the food were all reasonably priced.
BIG YAYYYYY!

It's impressive how I was able to pose exactly the same for two different photos at different time.
It's spooky. LOL!

Overall, this place offers delicious food with a cosy ambiance.
It serves very reasonably priced High Tea Package too.

Then, we decided to move on to our next station for the search of mouthwatering dessert. We did some googling and found this place that serve very big waffle! If you haven't already know, I am a sucker for waffle. I can eat waffle all day if it doesn't cause obesity and diabetes in the long run.

It is actually a restaurant renowned for its proclaimed best burgers in town.
It's a shame that we came here just for the dessert.
But I am really not a fan of burger.

Will everyone just take a minute to admire the size of the waffle?
Look at the stuffing or filling whichever you may prefer.
It's filled with huge strawberries, sweet ones!
And the maple syrup that blends everything together.
Saying that it is delicious is clearly and understatement.
I can't contain myself.
We were both giggling in excitement when we saw it.

But first, let me take a selfie. LOL.

When we were busy stuffing our mouth with the best thing can be put into a person's mouth,
Winnie and See Wee came to visit.
I was very surprise! Hahahhaahha.
Managed to capture this historical moment. LOL.

Before we left, managed to snap a photo by the entrance too,

It was a fun filled day with the best people around me.
This is why I always remind myself about how lucky I am,
to be on the path of achieving my childhood dreams,
have a blessed family,
and very lovely friend.
Thanks to everyone around me! <3
