Sitting at the first floor of The Excelsior Hotel, this cafe offers a breathtaking night view overlooking the famous Victoria Harbour. Their dinner buffet showcased a wide plethora of international as well as Asian dishes in addition to the highly sought after desserts which come in 20 varieties!
