This was a memorable dining experience, not because of the food or the restaurant, because I have dined here before, which you can read from here.
Sooo... What was so special about this day? I believe this day would be on the list of important events of D and I because........ It was the day D officially met my parents!
My parents picked Noble House and went for the same set of menu again, it's because my parents know dining here is definitely fool-proof, and the ambiance was elegant and proper enough for an important event like this.
Always went oooohhhh-and-aaaaaahhhhhh over their menu,
but also they have a variety of choices,
so we always go for the pre-selected set menu!
D was definitely nervous like crazy!
He was sweating in an air-conditioned room. Hahahha!
Baked Abalone in Filo Pastry and Stir Fried Shredded Abalone with XO Sauce
Said it once but I'm gonna say it again!
I love abalone, so it's a no-brainer that this is my favourite dish of all!
But this is really special because it feels like a fusion dish with pastry underneath the abalone,
and the stir friend vege with shredded abalone was really good too!
I kept stealing the shredded abalone!
Braised Shark Fin's Soup with Crab Roe
Love crab roe and I definitely love the uber thick creamy texture of their sharkfin soup.
Can taste a lot of sharkfins in it,
so it was deliciousssss,
though I know the broth was the one contributing the taste. LOL.
Braised Deep-Sea Garoupa with Chestnut and Herbs in Claypot
D's favourite dish!

He loves the herb!
While I love the chestnut!
But the chestnut this time wasn't fresh enough and the fish was also rather old.
Anyway, the taste was really gooodddd!!
Stir Fried three varieties capsicum with fresh lily bulb and cuttle fish
We highly suspect that they use the exact same decor they used for the first dish!
HAHHAHAHHAH!

Capsicum is one of my fav vege!

They have tons of macadamia in it!
I LOVE MACADAMIA PERIOD!
Smoked Farm Chicken
Kept asking D to eat these because D loves chicken! :P
But D only ate chicken breast so I was busy hunting down the chicken breasts for him.
Love a little bit of mayo vege at the side,
and the chicken was nicely smoked!
Two varieties rice with scallop and crab meat in superior crab soup.
Ohhhhh wait! This is D's FAVOURITE DISH!
He's never tried two varieties of rice in one bowl before,
so it was eye-opening for him!
The crispy ones gave that crunch that I love,
and the soft ones soaked up all the soup!
It was indeed a great combination!
This restaurant has nice decor so of course an OOTD shot must ensue. :P
Soooooo... D was a great sport, though he wasn't talking much and was just smiling,
he was probably too nervous to say anything.
But he would eat everything my parents asked him to!
HAHHAHAHAHAHHA!
It was a lovely experienceeeeee and it was the kinda experience I would remember forever!
Thanks to my amazing parents too!
They have the biggest sport ahhhhhhh!! :P
