Not sure if you've seen this blog post.
To put it simply, we loved everything about Naj and Belle!
Which is why we decided to explore their another outlet in SS15 and see if it is as good as the one in Bangsar!
To put it simply, we loved everything about Naj and Belle!
Which is why we decided to explore their another outlet in SS15 and see if it is as good as the one in Bangsar!
This place appeared rather unpolished in contrast to the understated poshness we were used to in the Bangsar branch.
The Naj and Belle SS15 premise is cramped, exposed, noisy and a tad chaotic if I'm honest.
I am not a fan of their limited and open space seating area, which made us felt as if we were dining by the roadside, which was quite literally true as we were dining by the entrance of the mall,
where flocks of people were constantly passing by.
It's "prime" location by the main entrance also meant this place was not well ventilated.
We were dripping sweat just a few minutes in and we weren't happy about it.
While we were expecting a similar menu to what we had in Bangsar, we were dejected to discover a totally different menu!
Not that we were unadventurous and boring people, but we were craving for those amazing taste we had and we thought this could be our new place to get a quick fix for our cravings as it is so much nearer to where we stay.
Anyhow, we went on and placed our order.
Caffe Latte RM11.50
The latte was rather bland and diluted in our opinions.
Sally & Chives RM25.50
Scrambled eggs with smoked salmon, chives, and tobiko caviar served with buttery toasted brioche
This was a total lie.
Please let me know if you manage to spot any tobiko caviar cause I can't.
It also didn't look appealing at all, and totally didn't justify the staggering RM25.50 price tag for what could've been easily replicated in my very own kitchen.
I would 100% NOT recommend this dish.
Go Grande RM29.50
Eggs your way with smoked salmon cake, grilled chicken sausage, sauteed mushrooms, baby spinach, roasted cherry tomato, and capsicum jam served with sourdough bread.
Oh gosh.
This was yet again a total SCAM!
I could see no cherry tomatoes and it was probably our worst RM30 spent.
The food tasted as bad as it looked.
This dish looked like an insincere dish of throwing ingredients together.
Honestly, if you're into ruining your day with a horrible brunch, this is THE PLACE TO GO.
Otherwise, steer clear!
I repeat, don't even go near it!
We wasted our money and calories and left feeling grumpy because of the bad service, bad ambiance and bad food.
